TSI Group (Data Services) Activities

• TSI Group enters into discussions for new applications development activities
• TSI Group hires a new Systems Integrator / Support Specialist
• TSI Group expands PI System, IT Monitor, Specialized Application Development and ICCP Support business efforts.
• TSI Group provides PI system installation and upgrade services:
  • to a new Texas based Independent Power Producer
  • to a new Texas based Utility
• TSI Group provides ICCP interface services / hardware & software support:
  • to a Midwestern Utility
  • to a Western Independent Power Producer

TSI Power Partners Activities

• TSI to particpate in the W-T-E facility announced in Killeen-Ft Hood, Texas
• TSI has provided contracts to a Hedge Fund W-T-E Project proposed in Texas
• TSI has engaged a capitalization consulting group to assist in the capitalization of WTE project development and WTE facility ownership
• TSI Power Partners proposes to develop a Clean-Coal facility in Texas
• TSI Power Partners will provide a Proposal for a W-T-E facility in Central Texas in January
• TSI Power Partners proposes to develop a large W-T-E facility in far West Texas
• TSI Power Partners in negotiations for Project Development with two Dallas based Investor Groups for W-T-E facilities
• TSI Power Partners provides contract proposal for a Wind Power Project in North Central Texas

TSI-Italia Activities

• TSI-Italia sign LOI with an Italian Electric Utility on potential W-T-E co-location project
• TSI-Italia W-T-E locks up a second site in Italy for Project Development
• TSI-Italia W-T-E project enters into second phase of project funding process.
• TSI Power Partners contracts to provide Project Development Support for the Italian W-T-E project.  TSI Power Partners met with DZ Atlantic Group / Day and Zimmerman International on project construction management.
• TSI-Italia - First Italian WTE project package is submitted for funding. Project estimate - $325 Million.  Current Projected Project Inservice Date - 6/1/11
• TSI-Italia met with the Department of Commerce concerning the W-T-E project in Italy.
• TSI-Italia representatives have been in discussions with Middle Eastern governments for the development of several W-T-E facilities.
• TSI-Italia is in discussion with European Banking for the funding of up to 8 W-T-E facilities - in Europe and the Middle East project estimates - $3.2 Billion.

Major Events in 2007

• TSI-Italia is formed for the development of biomass / waste to energy projects in Italy.
• TSI signs four new contracts for services with new utility / IPP clients
• TSI signs a contract for servicies with a government entity.
• TSI Power Partners is in negotiations with 2 new waste to energy project development efforts.
• TSI Energy is formed as an asset holding and management company
• TSI begins doing business as TSI Group.

Major Events in 2006

• TSI met with the Texas Governor's Office on the use of car tires as fuel for W-T-E projects
• TSI met with Kathleen White - Commissioner - Texas Commission for Environmental Quality in Austin and the Director of Engineering for the TCEQ - to discuss Green Energy Projects for Texas
• TSI recently met with General Electric to discuss Energy and Water related projects.
• TSI has been in discussions with agents for a large industrial business group over expanding business opportunities in energy related projects.
• TSI presented a Strategic Energy Initiative-Proposal to the House Energy Committee staff in October.  A meeting with EEI President, Tom Kuhn on the RK Technology Proposal was also held.
• TSI has an extended engagement of work for a large Texas based utility to update and modernize operating information systems.
• TSI is facilitating the purchase of large gas turbines for overseas project(s) development, and has submitted offers to project manage the site development and plant development activities.
